What an AMAZING TOOL, the Apple iTouch! No monthly fee, like an iPhone. Apps are ENDLESS and amazing and offer so many tools for day-to-day life. I got this to replace my non-syncing Palm (where my brains were!), and this is the BEST alternative!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!

The first IPOD TOUCH we ordered was defective. Apple was horrendous to deal with. Their customer service dept, especially at the store stinks. Instead of continuing to deal with them, we just returned the ipod touch to Amazon and they gave us a new one. As always it is a pleasure to do business with Amazon and their vendors. Never a problem and so easy to adjustments when necessary.

Having never owned an iPod I was blown away by the quality and ease of use of this product, somewhat pricy but well worth it. I see this product as a mini PC. There are a LOT of FREE apps. avaialble at the iStore, and downloading them is very simple. The only feature I would like that is missing is being able to create folders to store all the different apps., it can become tedious to “hunt” for the app. among all the other apps.
For the money you can’t beat the kit of “chargers” and the USB retractable cable…they all work just fine. Needless to say that Amazon is a great place to “one stop” shop.
