Outlook 2007- How do I share my calendar on my small office network witouth a server?

I want to set it up so that each person in my office can access the calendar and make changes. Set appointments, change things, ect… We do not have a server becuase my boss is WAY TO CHEAP to buy one. Any ideas? Or does anyone know where I can get a free server.
