I would like to find out what are the biggest dedicated server hosting companies in the US, in order of size.
An official list would be best if possible.
I am looking for a top 20 list etc.

Is the European server better than the american server? Which one of these?

I have been playing runescape for a while and then i saw private runescape servers.
i need to know how to:

1. Create a new map (from scratch)

2. set up a server

3. How to customize the client (optional)

I would like a high population server, but I would also like for the alliance and horde populations on the server to be balanced. Thanks!!!!!
*Also I am in US eastern time zone

I want to set it up so that each person in my office can access the calendar and make changes. Set appointments, change things, ect… We do not have a server becuase my boss is WAY TO CHEAP to buy one. Any ideas? Or does anyone know where I can get a free server.
