How do i get or what type of server that will work for a web based auto dialer for telemarketing?

Skype has just downloaded my iphone contacts to its server. How do I remove them? I hope it didn’t send a request to all my contacts for joining skype.

I want to get a service that allow me to control a remote server and do things like surfing the internet plus installing Windows program.

I think it called dedicated server but I want something cheap per month and surf web using it.

Someone told me that if I have windows vists home edition and use a proxy server, I cannot use skype? Is this true? If not, then how do I use skype?
