The charger simply did not work in my car and my friend’s car at all. So there was a problem with the product itself. On rare occasions it would work for about 10mins at most before the light goes off.
The stand for the charger was not very stable as well. Whenever I made a turn, the whole thing would sway to the left and right and sometimes even fell off! In the end I purchased a separate car charger and used it just as a holder for my GPS. If you’re planning to use your Iphone as a GPS, the holder could be too short as well.
Thankfully, I was allowed a refund.

Doesn’t come with instruction or info. It doesn’t fit the cigarette lighter very well in mine or my husbands vehicle.
