How do I recover video/pictures that I accidentally deleted on my digital camera last night?

Last night after a show I was going through my pictures and accidentally deleted the wrong video. I would really like to recover the video if this is possible. How could I go about recovering it from my digital camera? Instructions and tips are very welcome also!

Note: The video hadn’t yet been loaded into my computer. I was just reviewing it from my camera and deleted the video on there.
Note also: I have a Mac so I need Mac supported software

Lexar has a recovery program that might help you. DO NOT use the card. Take it out of your camera and use a different card.

Once you get the program, you will need a card reader (under $20) to use the program because most cameras batteries will fail before all the files on your card can be restored.

    Get recovery software like this:
    http://www.digitalphotorecovery.com/dpr_000001.htm

There’s a free trial download, so you can even see if it works before you buy!
