Don’t buy it. Do even think about buying it – you will regret it!! Even if they gave this machine away it is a total rip off. You get about 110 pages printed with the XL100 black ink cartridge. You cannot refill the cartidge because Lexmark puts a device in it to prevent using refilled cartridges which means you will have to buy their cartridges for $25 bucks each (check prices for yourself if you don’t believe me#. Think about it – $25 bucks every month for a year is $300. Of course they warrant it for 5 years; they want to sell you $1,500 worth of ink. What a friggin’ rip off. I am telling you – don’t do it!! I wish I knew this before buying it (bought Nov 09). This thing is brand new and going to the dump to be crushed under the 2 ton tracks of a bull-dozer!! I will lessen my financial loss by throwing it in the garbage now and buying another printer that can use refilled cartridges. Later Lexmark – no… never again!! Unbelievable!!

This brand new printer would not print for us. We called Lexmark and tried everything they suggested (including replacing print cartridges with new ones they sent us) and it still wouldn’t work. They were not very helpful at all. In the end, we had to return it back to Amazon for a refund and we ended up buying an HP printer at Staples instead.

This printer does it all, I am still finding things that this printer does, and for the price, it is unbeatable, and it also comes with a 3 year warranty that you can upgrade to a 5 year warranty. My last all-n-one printers were Hp and compact, both of them were crappy! This printer does things like double-sided printing, things that you would have to buy an expensive office style printer to do, or reinsert your paper back into the tray on the proper side to do…

Pros: Installation was easy on XP. I may print 1 to 2 Prints a day and so far I had no problem, quality is great and wireless option is the most easy way to print.

Cons: could not install on win7 OS, tried several time with no success.
