This program ran so well I forgot I had it! You’ll enjoy it’s user friendly controls and increase your protection to new levels! A name & program you can trust to protect your whole family! Don’t be fooled by knock-off brands. If it’s not McAfee it’s not worth your time & trouble!

If you don’t activate after 30 days, the product stops working and won’t let you scan or protect your computer.
Would someone please tell me what 3 user means? Three SEPERATE computers? Three people? What???
My problem is that I constantly back up and reformat my hard disks every couple months.
Will they remember it’s me? How?
Don’t like it one bit. BTW, you need to have an internet connection if you plan to install Windows 7. The disc won’t work.

UPDATE SCAM ALERT: Apparently they count one (1) computer as three (3) computers. Doesn’t matter if it is the SAME EXACT computer. If you reformat three times, counts as 3 computers.
Same MAC address, same Hard Disk, Motherboard, processor. Changed out a broken DVD drive, thats it!!!!
Worse than calling Microsoft to activate.

I bought McAfee 2008 – 3 users version from Amazon.
After I installed in my laptop lenovo 510(vista), My laptop could not work properly.
I called the McAfee customer service, with his help I finally uninstalled it.
I then installed it in my Desktop E-machina (Windows 2000).
The computer became so slow, It was totally not working.
I thought some time antivirus itself was a kind of virus
I am not try McAfee 2010, Hope it would be better

This product replaced Microsoft LiveOne and is doing a great job. I am really pleased with it. And now my bank if offering it free to its customers. They must like it as well.
