What is a good printer for printing on card stock?

May 15th, 2011 3 comments

I have been printing postcard mailouts on my printers. I think the rollers have worn because of this. Does anyone know of a good printer for printing card stock from Avery? The cards do not have any high def graphics. It is mainly small clip art and words.

How can I get my computer to read my microSD card?

May 14th, 2011 1 comment

I just bought a Sandisk MobileMate Memory card reader and a Kodak MicroSD 1 GB memory card. I formatted the card on my Verizon LG 8300 phone and transferred pictures to it. But when I plug it into the MobileMate and insert that into my computer, the computer does not recognize the disk. It shows up the F: Drive and then says Please insert a disk. The disk is already in the reader!!! Help! How do I get it to work??
Thanks.

How do i get my computer to accept my camera card and download the pictures?

May 6th, 2011 3 comments

Usually as soon as I put the memory card in the slot on my computer, a little thing pops up and I know where to go from there but I’ve tried several times and nothings popping up. I was wondering is there’s something else I need to do or another say I could get the pictures. Btw I have a Dell And A PNY Memory card if that helps.
(Also If you know how to get videos off the new Nano and onto the computer that would be great cause I can’t do that either)

What artistic/computer materials do I need to start a greeting card business?

May 5th, 2011 2 comments

I would like to pursue making greeting cards and selling them at art and craft shows, but I do not know what kind of computer materials I need for graphics. I am very crafty with making cards out of paper, glitter, ribbon and etc, but I do not know how to apply graphics into it. Does anyone know of any good card programs?
