Hi all, i’ve put my old WinXP HDD into my new Win7 laptop because my old laptop is dead. So i put the old hdd into the new laptop and it starts up, gets to the “Windows XP” loading screen then starts the process again. I really need to recover the data from it without paying anyone to do it for me.

Any help would be appreciated.

When I turn on my computer, it just goes straight to recovery console.
Is there a way to fix this, or do I need a new computer?
