Received the computer in a short time as promised. The laptop works great, my only problem was with the software, The trial version of Microsoft Student and Home was a problem as no “key” was provided to activate it so I ended up having to purchase it online, no problem after that.

I had to return this laptop because I didn’t receive adequate customer service.
First, locating where to call, second, although the first group of technical advisers couldn’t solve the problem, my case was given to the senior technical advisers who were to call me the next day. After 3 or 4 days I had not heard from the senior technical adviser I returned the laptop to Amazon. The following day I received the call.
I think that nothing was wrong with the computer, but there is a problem with customer service.
The problem I had was setting up the wireless connection.

I defenitely decided that it had to be toshiba or nothing due to its quality and affordability, but most important its universability when it comes to repairs toshiba makes alot of parts for many of the elctronics u see everywhere even ps3 and cbs and so on

The screen resolution is kind of insanely bright, but everything else is great with this laptop. No problems connecting to any wireless networks either.

This laptop is really great. I mean, if you consider the price, you’ll know what I’m talking about. Toshiba is a very reliable brand. No problems with the Wi-fi at all.
