Bought two of these extensions and they both broke, because they came folded, and the wiring inside, was not made with care, so the cords split, like paper. FALSE ADVERTISING!

The male plug on the cord is already having connectivity issues. It worked great the first few days, now the cord constantly needs wiggled to connect to the computer. I’ve tried in multiple USB ports and it does that same thing in all of them.

I bought 3 of these for my son and I to be able to use our iPhones from a little farther away from the outlet. They work perfectly. The connection to the iPhone charging cord (I’ve tested this with original Apple cords as well as off-brands) is very solid, doesn’t slip out easily which was a fear of mine. The cords themselves are a little bit thick, would have been great if they were closer to the thin charging cords themselves, but this really isn’t a problem at all. I recommend these cords.

It was what we needed, and so much cheaper than in the stores. In fact, I went to 4 different stores in our town, and this extension cable was not even available, and the closest thing was about $30.00. Amazon is the way to go!
